Important: Ship Skyway acts as a facilitator between you and our delivery partners. We are not directly responsible for the delivery process.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Shipping rates depend on package weight, destination, and courier partner.
- Payments must be completed online before the shipment is processed.
- Taxes and surcharges, if applicable, will be added during checkout.
4. Liability
- Ship Skyway acts only as a facilitator. Any claim regarding loss, damage, or delay must be raised with the respective courier company as per their claim policy.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Prohibited Items
Users must not ship restricted or illegal items (such as weapons, narcotics, flammable goods, or counterfeit items). Ship Skyway and its partners reserve the right to refuse such shipments.
